Body Balance 70 Has Just Released
The new release of Body Balance (Tai chi, Yoga & Pilates mind-body exercise programme) has been released to Instructors and will launch in gyms early October 2015. The feel is very different with more challenging poses and power moves. This is going to be a favourite, music and movement come together in perfect harmony. Absolutely loving it! Regular participation in Body Balance is the perfect complement to your training recovery programme. I recommend my massage clients to find a class of Body Balance or other whole body conditioning/stretching exercise programme to maintain the benefits of their massage and to promote postural awareness & core strength. Teaching Body Balance enables me to perform deep tissue Sports & Remedial Massage and keep my own body in check.
