Triathlon World Championships 2015
The Triathlon World Championships 2015 took place yesterday in Chicago. I have had the pleasure and challenge of providing Sports Massage to some of those athletes representing Team GB.

A great online resource is available mostly free of charge (there are some rehab packages which cost a small amount available as downloads). But mostly there is heaps and heaps of quality info on common triathlon sports related injuries and visual links on how to address them through foam rolling techniques, stretch & joint mobilisations.
