Massage is a passion and vocation and with appropriate application I have seen many people recover from pain, injury, limitations in movement and improve their posture, health and well being. Helping people to achieve their potential from their bodies and pursue their passion is the most satisfying part of my job.
After qualifying from Jordanhill in Sport in The Community in 1999 I have enjoyed along & broad career in Physical Activity & Health Promotion. I retrained in 2009 in Massage and have grown a successful business operating in Hillhead Sports Club. Other current areas of work include providing Sports Massage for athletes at The Institute for Sport, providing teaching at The Western School for Massage & teaching Body Balance (a mind/body exercise class).
I believe in continued professional development to ensure I continue to expand the services I offer to keep abreast of advances in our understanding of the therapeutic value of massage.
I feel that my life & professional experience place me well to understand & empathise with the needs of my clients & I strive to provide the best service possible to each individual.
