About us

We believe in helping people be the best they can be; creating an environment where people become more aware of their own body and mind and the interaction between the two.

Our yoga provides wholesome wellbeing through movement, breathing and relaxation, offering nourishment to the body and spirit.

Through massage, our treatments are aimed at relaxing you, working deep into soft tissue to ease tension, stimulate and invigorate the body. We also encourage the body to heal itself and therefore restore balance.

At Restoring Balance we aim to listen to people and through the application of therapeutic massage and yoga, help our clients move closer to physical, mental and emotional harmony.

Yoga

At Restoring Balance Yoga, our aim is for students to develop their practice, to celebrate their bodies, improve their wellbeing, advance their postures, and explore yoga in its widest sense.

All our classes enable our yoga students to balance the body and mind through movement and stillness.

Massage

We adopt a unique, personalised & holistic approach to each client’s needs, offering expert massage and physical therapy to create an environment where the body brings itself back into balance.

Through massage and hands-on treatment we are often able to identify problem areas before they impact on health.

Restoring Balance is my business name as this is the guiding principle by which I work: to tune into the needs of my clients and facilitate a return to a more equilibrial state.
